Refund policy
For defective items or errors, please send a photograph to hello@mindourday.com and we will happily remedy the situation.
Unless we have made an error, the customer is responsible for the fees incurred for returning a product.
Clearly mark the package “Return of Canadian Merchandise” if you are outside Canada. Not doing so may result in custom charges or fees. If we receive a return package with customs charges, taxes or other fees, we will deduct these from the reimbursement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
